Gifted Students and Inclusive Distance Learning: an Exploratory Survey

The paper presents the results of an exploratory research aimed at surveying perceptions teachers different school orders on Distance Learning and how it was managed to ensure learning inclusion all students, including those with disabilities or gifted, a focus latter. From analysis answers, appears that majority gifted learners benefited from use technology flexible teaching provided for enrichment deepening content according their interests. On other hand, difficulties emerged in implementing methodologies capable stimulating construction through mutual interaction between learners. seems have emphasised prior lockdown, confirming need provide more training order build 'communities practice' where are called upon share knowledge, processes develop social-emotional relational skills. Studenti plusdotati e didattica inclusiva distanza: un’indagine esplorativa. Si presentano i risultati di una ricerca esplorativa volta rilevare le percezioni docenti diversi ordini scuola sulla Didattica Distanza (DaD) su come essa sia stata gestita per garantire gli apprendimenti l’inclusione tutti studenti, compresi coloro con disabilità o plusdotati, ponendo un questi ultimi. Dall’analisi delle risposte sembra che la maggioranza degli allievi abbia beneficiato dell’uso tecnologie flessibile ha previsto l’arricchimento l’approfondimento dei contenuti base ai loro interessi. Emergono invece difficoltà nell’attuare metodologie capaci sollecitare costruzione avvalendosi dell’interazione reciproca tra allievi. La DaD aver enfatizzato precedenti al confermando necessità maggiore formazione fine costruire “comunità pratica”, dove siano chiamati condividere conoscenze, processi apprendimento sviluppare competenze socio-emotive relazionali.
